Julia is a leader, thinker, teacher and consultant. She supports individuals, teams, business, government and non-government organisations to THINK, ACT and GROW.

Through her career, Julia has worked with government, non-government organisations and private business. Her roles have encompassed: executive leadership and governance; strategic advisor; organisational development; program design, evaluation and delivery; project work; and direct service delivery (front line).
